I think a 70 K20 is closed knuckle and drums. You might consider a K20 front swap from a 72-87, or up to 91 in Suburbans.
Finally, there are various places to get fabbed caliper brackets. See google.
New rotors may be less work. I don't see places offering to turn rotors anymore.
its a open knuckle only year they made the dana 44 that way.

local pick and pull doesn't have any i checked.
