WTB Ashtray spring

I am lookin for a good tight ashtray spring or info on where i can obtain a new one . Im tired of the darn thing rattling alll the time my truck is an 85 but i assume there the same 73-87

i have the entire assembly out of a 76 $10 plus ride tan in color but can be painted

Ash tray spring

Hi,
Cheyenne pick up parts Box 959 noble Ok 1-405-872-3399 They do not sell the spring but they have a picture of a ash tray assy part number as-139 and it appears to have the spring. I have a older catalog so I do not know how good the price is. it is priced at $24.95

The whole assembly unbolts? Mine also has the stop broke off the reason why the spring is caddy whompassed. I was going to put a bolt in the hole where the stop tab used to be but havent gotten around to it. Do you have pics of the whole assembly? thanks.

Oh and sorry for the slow reply havent been on the board much latley.

yeah it unbolts the whole thing is held in with four bolts or screws i could take pics in a couple of days im getting new carpeting in my house and the whole thing here is messed up so that its lucky i can get on at all
as soon as i set up things ill let ya know and take a pic
