Part identification help-dumb question of the day
Ok, I usually do better than this at tracking parts on a dis-assembly, but I blew it on this one. Does anyone know what this is? I believe it came off/fell off while i was removing driver side fender?
Thanks, Phil |

Jaros is correct, it goes between the inner panel and the cab where the bolt with the large washer fits.... It helps to adjust the gap between the door and fender. LockDoc

No problem guys. You may not need it unless the gap between the front edge of the door and the back edge of the fender is too close.... To install it start the bolt first then holding onto the tab, hook the shim over the bolt from underneath. That is why it has the long tab on it. LockDoc
