1983 c10 w/91 suburban gauges (ls swap)
I put gauges from a 1991 suburban in a 1983 c10 with ls swap. I've got every thing working BUT the speedometer only worked one time. odometer works and all gauges could the speedometer be bad anyway to check it? it is hooked directly to vss wire from harness. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is a cable driven Speedo, you should be able to stick the cable in it and spin it with a drill or similar and get the needle to move.
Sounds like your speedo is bad though, if your ODO is working. Pick and Pull should be able to find you another one, yeah? |

Might check the connections in the cluster just to do it, but look for another speedo head...
