Fiber optic cable
Need some input on what to expect from guys who have done this.
I checked behind the dash and the bulb is good and the cable is connected. I guess I need to check the cable at the pointer. So do I remove the screw at the base of the pointer then pull it out? If I do and see the cable is connected are these cables prone to go bad or am I likely to see the cable has come loose? |

I think the only way the cable could go bad is if it was cut. Seems like I had to turn my pointer housing a little or slide it back some after I removed the screw. Go easy on it they are usually pretty brittle and break easily.... LockDoc
