My truck is a 72 Cheyenne C-10 which originally came with a 402 big block. Someone cut a big hole to pass trans cooler lines through the brace as shown in the photo below. BTW my zip code is 29907.

It will come with the bolt/washer/nuts that hold it to the frame, upper and lower, left and right if that is what you mean by hardware.
