Thank You!
I wanted to give a big, Thank You, shout out to everyone in the 67-72ChevyTrucks community.
I stumbled upon this great site as I was surfing the internet one night. This site is what gave me the crazy idea of the C10 LS swap. After a lot of reading through everyone's awesome builds I was able to complete my own L96/4l80E swap into my 1970 c10 and have put on around 500 miles. It runs and drives but still have some minor improvements with electronic routing, Dakota Digital gauges on the way, and small other odds and ends). I have very little posts compared to many on this site, but that is due to the large amount of great information already available to everyone! Once again, Thank you! |

Re: Thank You!
IIRC there was a few months at least of Liz having messages saying "make an LS section". Half was those asking for our own space, the other half was the sbc guys asking to not clutter up the engine and drivetrain section with our nonsense.

Re: Thank You!
I joined back when I had a SBC, looking for parts and ideas. Then kinda left for a bit, came back to learn more on the LSx swaps and there was little at the time but what was here was exactly what I was looking for. I think that was 2008/9. I enjoy this forum probably too much, met several guys here and think of them as brothers.
Wow, I joined 11 years ago! cant believe that long ago!!!!

Re: Thank You!
I'd like to say thanks as well - I picked up a lot of tips here, from the measurements to make my own mount adapters to what radiator hoses to use.
