Both appear to be Rockwell T221 units.

top one is a 221 but the second is different and drops on the other side

You're right there Ron. The second one isn't a 221. Looking at it a little closer, it is a passenger side drop though. Might be a Spicer 23 or 24. Napco used both for their conversions. Had one in a 57 Napco that I had years ago. The 221 is right side up and the Spicer is upside down in the pics. Threw me off.
