Driver quality tailgate cap. Does have some minor scratches.
$25 plus actual shipping

Last photo shows it on my tailgate. I replaced it with a new smooth chrome cap.

It has screws that attached to the backside of the tailgate. My new one has double sided tape and no screws. That's what you could do to, just put some double sided tape on the top interior of the cap. The screw are included in the box, but you could always get new purdy screws.
