No ram horns for big blocks. However the aftermarket does make manifolds for big blocks, not sure what all applications..

What exactly is there about headers to get "tired of"? I am buying a 1972 350 engine and it is equipped with headers.

They take up more room, have more clearance issues, and make changing spark plugs incredibly difficult. Many people also mention that their bolts back out over time and they have trouble getting rid of exhaust leaks.

This is pure speculation but I suspect they run hotter near the head which causes issues near the spark plug wires.
