Re: 1961 Apache 10 help.
61's are not all that rare. Looks like you have a big back window (little bit more popular) so it is a little less common (slightly).
60's and 61's have the "pig nose" hood. Some like me, really dig the the looks hence the reason I bought mine, but we tend to be in the minority. Also the 60-62 have the torsion suspension which many seem to try avoiding, hence the popularity of the 63's for the wrap windshield. Rust is really where your value comes from. Little to no rust (cancer, surface rust doesnt really count) and your value can climb up a bit. But if the floors, rockers, drip rail (any or all) need attention the value can go down a LOT. Detailed pics can help give a better idea but at first glance it looks like you have a fairly solid truck, looks to be a BBW short bed. and assuming it runs good with no major issues, then IMO you have a 4-8K truck there. Likely on the mid to upper end of that scale. Any issues with the truck then start subtracting appropriate amounts. Now to put a caveat in this, I'm on the west coast and your east. What we would pay and what you easterns are willing to pay can differ greatly. We are a bit more spoiled out here.
