it wont be long .
My first was to make sure I could get it there
and the fuel were to get it....STBY will have a progress report next few weeks

my goal
get it out of that bush ....Check
stop the rust...........
make it drivable.............Check
get legal paper work (title)
and not restore it.............Check

I would like the truck to stay as is but running driver every time touch it
I'm changing it....
I want to keep the work truck vibe going but it's tuff
Take some Springs off, lower it, Power steering, Dual master,
it's got 6.40.1 gears and the tires are 38 yrs old
All the parts that are green rusted Rotten

I don't know what going to happen long term only one thing

Short term.? injoy a 58 yr old truck my father owned 40 yrs ago

Who uses a marker light for an"Low oil press" indicator.....My dad said so when he was delivering fuel he could leave the door open and see it from the back of the truck while pumping .......(I kept it)

That's really a neat truck. I love the decal on the propane tank. Take a picture so it can be reproduced if you paint the tank.

Sounds like a rod knock? Naah... just loose exhaust.

Put some weight in the back to save the kidneys. How much worse can the mileage get?
