Mach 8s have been gone since the '70s. There are wheels today that have a similar look. They were cast aluminum. The Soft 8s they came out with decades later are powder coated stamped steel. On Mach 8s the holes were rounded squares/ovals, like aluminum slots but with 8 smaller slots instead of 5.
