Third row seat; split up in front
I took out my Hummer front seats (two passenger, I got for cheap) and got this idea from the Pershing truck site. I used some factory bench sliders and moved the mounting location further back and over to the driver side, to suit my dimensions. I will add a center console later.
I removed all the clamping hardware (weight savings) and bolted the seats to some square tubing using the existing holes. Seats have an inner frame that the clamping hardware attaches to, so I used those holes. The seat slides forward and back, just like a regular bench seat, and are quite comfortable. Oh and the built-in seat belt was what I was after, as well as losing the bulkiness of the Hummer seats. The column is a late 60's Cadillac Tilt/Telescopic The cables for the clamps are still under the seat, but they tuck nicely in the seat springs after separation. It can be pulled on to release the back on the passenger side for challenging access to the back seats (still exploring that).

Re: Third row seat; split up in front
those look great. I want to find a set of those to use as seats in the back of my Panel.
