1955-59 vin tag--
Just a innocent question---I am finishing my 56 3100 now getting ready to start on my 55 cameo---I cleaned off the vin tag on the w/s post and curious---how are these tags held on? some sort of epoxy? wasnt aware of JB weld type stuff back then but there are no screws ect

Most are held on with a single spot weld on each end.
Actually it's resistance weld,not spot weld. A lot of them will come off very easy! Mike.
