I Found The Fuel Leak
In all fairness, the ends of the tubes were pulled off by pulling the rubber lines off. I've never see a sending unit rust up like this.

The one in my 78 Jeep J10 did that same thing. It was mysterious gas leak that I was trying to figure out myself.
