Truly, nothing is cheap anymore. I suppose its because all the cars/trucks worth restoring, hotrodding, having are REALLY getting old now.

But the cable tv shows and internet have a lot of people thinking they're worth more than they are too. I doubt this Burb sells for $100k, Askin' ain't gettin' but you never know!

Yeah it cracks me up how someone will see a matching numbers big block tri power 58 Impala convertible with factory AC and power windows and such with the original build sheet and invoices go for $100k on a Barret Jackson auction and they think their rust bucket four door sedan with a six is worth $50k. LOLOL

Chevy didn't make an LT1 in 1969.
The LT-1 wasn't made until 1970

Re: 52 Suburban for sale. YIKES!!

Nice truck all around and it appears the seller lives in one of the ultra high rent areas of Seattle. Heinzman Street Rods is noted for building some super nice rods too.

On the price it's easier to bargain down than it is to start low and hope you don't have to bargain.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Re: 52 Suburban for sale. YIKES!!

Concerning part for me isn't the price, it's the fact that someone is trying to sell a 100K ride by taking pictures of it in a magazine and only details are what's listed from a caption on one of the pics. Something smells a little funny to me.

Re: 52 Suburban for sale. YIKES!!

I wouldn't sell mine for $0.01 under $72k. I know that isn't a $100k but Burbs are hot, not cheap and not readily available. Take into account the time to rebuild these. He might not get a $100 but he will be close

Re: 52 Suburban for sale. YIKES!!

A bit of searching shows that this isn't the only high end really nifty rig that this gent has had for sale. He has or has had some nice toys in his toy box.
same phone number

Either a high roller unloading some toys, a flipper or dealer who posts adds where he can post cheap or ??????????????
