'71 For sale Southern Alabama $1700

I'm a full time student and need some extra cash to help pay for tution, so I must get rid of my toy. It's a 1971 Blazer with a hard top, 350, 350 auto, 4wd, 31' mudders. The front clip is off a '70 model. so it doesn't have the honeycomb grill. It runs fine, but the Rochester Quadrajet could use some tuning. I'm unfamaliar with carbs and don't have enough money to have someone else take a look at it. The body isn't perfect, as it does have some rust. The rockers, door jams, upper windshield frame, and bed all show signs of rust. The top is in good shape with the exception of the back hatch( I live in a apartment and someone slammed it shut one night breaking it into three peices. I was able to save one hinge and the glass).Both 4wd low and high work fine. The previous owner had both the bottom end of the motor (bearings and seals) and the auto trans. rebuilt. The Blazer would make a perfect hunting, toy, or work vehicle. I hate to let it go, but I just can't afford it right now.
