Mocking up my 50 and have the same issue of belt line not matching up. I have elongated the holes in the rebuilt hinge arms and have really good side gaps. Both doors are as high up as they will go on the pocket adjustment but still could stand to come up 3/16th of an inch.

It really seems that the belt line on the door is a scosh wider than on the cab and looks a little weird if hanging a little low.

I am wondering about opening the holes upward in the hinge straps to give the doors some more upward movement but am wondering if that will have any negative impact on the strength of the grip of the bolt on the hinge arm
