Dual fuel tanks question
I have an 84 C10 with dual fuel tanks.
I see two little lights on each side of gauge and was wondering if they are lights that light up when you're low on gas. I went empty on one tank and no light went on. Just checking if my warning lights are out or there are none. Thanks in advance! Rob |

Re: Dual fuel tanks question
Those little bumps you are seeing on each side of the fuel gauge are the heads of the rivets that attach the face plate to the meter movement assembly. I believe they were originally black (to blend with the gauge face) but sometimes they get a little bit of surface rust and take on a reddish brown color.
