Looks like a productive day. Any pics of how it all went together? I assume you had to build some body mounts.

That's a surprisingly nice fit! Were there any frame length mods done?

Re: 84 c10 to 04 2500hd conversion
Ya I was kinda in a hurry to get it done so I didn't get too many pics and I'm having trouble uploading them. I had to cut the extended cab frame and I sectioned in a reg cab long bed frame. I had already solid axle swapped it so I spliced frame where the old torsion bar mounts were built a plate that bolted there and welded it. There are two holes on frame that line up perfectly with front cab mounts so I sat mounts on them and used long threaded rod to go through frame and into cab. I just redrilled radiator support for front mounts. Had to build crosdmember for rear mounts.

Re: 84 c10 to 04 2500hd conversion
Ya it's actually not a very hard conversion. I did my 85 shortbed last year on an 06 2500 frame. That one is still ifs drives far superior to any 4wd squarebody I've ever owned. Then I built a turbo kit for it just to give it a little get up and go. But this one was done on a budget used factory harness and fuse block to make it super simple to wire.

This was the reason for the body swap. Too much throttle?
