Removing GMC grill

This might be a stupid question , but how do you remove the grill. I'm handy with wrenches when it comes to engines, but I'm not great at the body parts. I picked up a chrome grill for my '65 GMC truck, it looks like there's only 4 bolts holding it each side. I can't seem to access the bolts from the backside of the grill, do I have to pull the headlight assembly out?

Re: Removing GMC grill

Ive never worked on a Jimmy grill but im sure its the same or similar to Chevys. There are 3 1/2" bolts on each side accessible on the inside of the fenders. They mount through the grille support housing.
