Re: IT HAS BEGUN!!!! kinda......
So at the moment, I am trying to get the reinforcement plate fitted to the frame and installed. The plate is for a 4x4 and does match the 2x4 steering box, but it doesn't not fit for nothin.... Some slicing and dicing and bolting it down and tacking it in place.. more to come.

Re: IT HAS BEGUN!!!! kinda......
So after a long period of time I got a chance to finish the frame repair. I found that the frame brace kit did not fit at all, it was intended for a 4x4 and not my 2wd. I got it installed and found that the box did not sit flush. I pulled it off and finally just welded it up with my 110v welder.
I got the new steering box installed and plumbed. Hopefully soon to get on the ground.

Re: IT HAS BEGUN!!!! kinda......
So I came up on a good deal on craigslist. $120 for mirrors and a tilt column with a nice wheel. not bad. I got to get a key for it but everything is in good shape.

Re: IT HAS BEGUN!!!! kinda......
So after a lot of deliberation on how and where to mount the battery, fuse box and pcm, I came up with my spot.
