69 c10 hood pops open

Recently my hood will pop open when hitting a small bump. It only pops loose and is still latched but not fully closed. I don't see any adjustments on it. Any suggestions?

Thumbs up Re: 69 c10 hood pops open

The hood pin in the center. Tighten it up and take the rubber stoppers on each side on the core support and run them in to take the pressure off the hood.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

No problem, let us know how it work out.

You may not need to do anything but screw the 2 bumper's in to let the hood sit all the way down also. I would try that first.
