If the wheels need paint, I just have UPS put a suitcase tag through the valve stem hole and ship them loose.
Ironhorse, not sure how you shipped that cheap, unless they didn't go very far. Anywhere in California is always the highest price to ship for me. Last wheels I checked were about $42 each.
Shipping is killing more deals all the time, but is beyond our control...

When I shipped those wheels total distance was about 500 miles, agree was not a far distance for heavy wheel shipping. Also agree, the shipping costs do kill many deals for buyer and seller both. I always try for best and lowest feasible cost when selling but sometimes the old "you wanna play, you gotta' Pay" comes into the picture. Sucks but what r you gonna' do !!
