WTB: 1977 6 cyl monojet air cleaner, pipes, ducting
Looking for the original style parts to put back on my 77 truck's 250 inline 6.
Uploaded a picture of what I'm hoping to find, maybe someone has all this sitting on their parts truck. I'd like as complete as possible from the same source, including the little bracket that bolts to the manifold for the heat pipe, etc. |

Re: WTB: 1977 6 cyl monojet air cleaner, pipes, ducting
Yes sir, I'd be interested in what I can get for now, even if it meant holding out for something better later.
The truck is getting a nos gm reman carb from 1982 and we'd like to be able to route the correct vacuum lines, including through the thermac, when it all gets installed. 80k mile "farm truck" and they removed all the factory stuff to put a 4" chrome aftermarket air filter, ripping away and plugging off stuff as they went. |

Re: WTB: 1977 6 cyl monojet air cleaner, pipes, ducting
Hmmm. 1977 was integral head Monojet electric choke 1bbl. 1982 would have been the integral head 2bbl varijet, which takes a very different air cleaner set up. Unless you are putting an 82 Monojet from a 292 on your engine?

Re: WTB: 1977 6 cyl monojet air cleaner, pipes, ducting
Sorry for any confusion... the carb itself was remanufactured in 1982, but you are correct, it is the monojet, integrated head, original 1977 style setup that I need like what is in the picture.
If you have anything let me know, and thanks for taking a look! |

Found the air cleaner!!!
Still interested if anyone has a not so pitted heat stove pipe for the thermal though, mine looks rough next to the new cleaner |
