Re: Sideways Saturday

Getting ready to figure out how to install my electric fuel pump, got my new creeper but discovered that my fat gut won't slip under the frame unless I jack up the back end also for a little more clearance.
The jack stands were under the bug which I need to do a brake job on and I had to replace the damaged hub with a new one that wouldn't fit because the shoes were in the way...it never ends.
Well at least I have a dry garage to work in and I have an HDTV to watch and I can take frequent breaks to goof off in my comfy chair and post Sideways Saturday pictures...

I know the feeling, Brother.
I think I will have to jack the rear of my '71 GMC Jimmy for better beer-gut clearance underneath. I got a new slime Green creeper from Harbor Freight. I had the red plastic one like yours, some years ago, until my Marine Buddy offered to help me with my clutch. He was so svelte when we were active together. I used to outweigh him. But in 40 years he had ''blossomed out'' and I was surprized when the side casters popped off.

I made sure of the weight limit on the new creeper. 300 Lbs. 200 for me and 100 for any off-loaded parts.
For Sideways Saturday the sides of my '67 K/10 Suburban and my '71 K/1500 Jimmy.
