Vaccum Secondary Question

On the holly I am looking to change the Vaccum Secondary springs.

On a heavy truck like mine I am looking for more throttle response and low end power would it be better to have them come in early or late?

I THINK you want a lighter spring..In my case, I'm going with a heavier spring, because I have a LOT of vacuum, and a semi-light truck.
