Re: LS swap manifolds..
We are at the point where the steering and manifolds collide. Very tight on both ends...thinking need to figure the exhaust first?

Re: LS swap manifolds..
Update on the manifold/steering issue. Found a set of manifolds from a 2010 Camaro off ebay. Man, does this look like it saved the day. $180 well spent.

Re: LS swap manifolds..
Are you able to connect the rack to column without an extra joint? I bought a set of early LS corvette manifolds but haven't been able to mock anything up yet.

Re: LS swap manifolds..
Those manifolds are a real popular LS swap item for a lot of rigs. I've been checking into an LS swap on my OT daily as it's stock engine is seriously expensive to rebuild and it's getting a lot of miles on it.

Re: LS swap manifolds..
68 Blackbird, What engine mounts did you use and where did you get them? Its starting my fab work next week and I am looking for a good set.

Still waiting on U-joints, but am sure I will have to use a middle one to connect to column. Not an issue compared to some I have seen...have seen some really weird setups.. Engine mounts - Got from Speedway. Not sure I'd go that route again, weren't the easiest to get mocked up. I've seen some since that look like a better setup.
