I have buddy buckets out of a Dodge Durango in my Blazer W/ a 15" wheel, tilt column and have plenty of room.... I'm your height and WAY bigger around. I shortened the steering column in my '71 PU... not a bad job. Have belly clearance even with the 19" stock diameter wheel. Still not real comfortable on long drives because of the distance between the seatback & the gas pedal. Yeah, I know it's because my A$$ is so big.
