have a 67 c10 with drop out diff, with 4.56 want to go taller but was told no one has them ?

A C10 with an HO52? not likely. Maybe an HO33 or 35, but they were discontinued in the early 60s. Could be an early pontiac rear. Further ID needed or a pic or 2
