What rearview mirror did you use on this truck? Ive looked into using a bcm from an 99-01 silverado for the mirror and auto darkening, but this install looks much simpler.

John, done "for now"....I picked up a Sierra Vortec Max to replace it for the time being.

Gentex 177 with the 7 pin connector and dual display. Very common on non On-Star equipped GM vehicles.

You can get them on ebay for $55ish as takeouts with the sensor and pigtail.
