Where can I find these connectors?
Anyone have an idea where I can find these connectors? This is the one from the fuel sender that plugs into the fuse box. I'm looking for the contacts and the shells.
Thanks!

I can't say 100%, but I've had pretty good luck finding GM connectors at my local NAPA.

Re: Where can I find these connectors?
I buy a lot of connectors from this gentleman on eBay. Fair prices and fast shipping.
Here is a link to his 56 series connectors (what our trucks use from the factory): http://www.ebaystores.com/MJM-Nation...=p4634.c0.m322 |

Re: Where can I find these connectors?
Packard 56 series connector. As Truckster says Napa has the lugs. You may be able to locate a new body but it may not be in the clear plastic. Try AAW and M&H wiring for exact matches. Or find the best used one possible and replace the lug. These were used on lots of American vehicles 60's through the 80's. I have picked up several "junk" harnesses for free and reused lots of the bodies.

Re: Where can I find these connectors?
Thanks, y'all. I didn't know they were called 'Metri-Pack' connectors. Found connectors and shells on Amazon. The shells are black, but I don't really care about the color so much. I'm not happy with the somewhat brittle insulation on the wires from the fuse block to the radio and the fuse block to the cigarette lighter (bah! It's a USB charging port!).
I also installed a Boyd's Welding tank, ran the sender wire parallel to the 4-conductor rear wiring harness, and brought the wire through a grommet that had a red wire that went nowhere (I suspect it was for an electric choke, but who knows...). I prefer to crimp a correct connector to the new wire rather than splicing a used connector on.
