The Ride That Got Away

Anyone watch this show? I recorded it because I saw they did a 66 C10. Watched it while I was doing some work on my computer and noticed something interesting. Is there a reason they would have done this or are they just no talent hacks like most of the other car restoration shows?

If you look close they couldn’t even be bothered to fill the hole for the choke.

Any three on the tree with all the linkage removed will spin 360 degrees.

Re: The Ride That Got Away

They cut the frame and made it a shortened but couldn’t be bothered to get rid of the old shifter mount on the column or even put the column in correctly. That’s just poor build quality. May as well throw some paint over the rust and call it done.

Re: The Ride That Got Away

Its not the unused shifter location that bothers me....imagine controlling the turn signals with your right hand!!
