if the front springs have a slight negative arch, they are stock, an add-a-leaf, like Ski-me said, will have some gaps between the leaves.

although not real common, a longer shackle can increase ride height, but it will drop the pinion down if no shims were used to correct it.

Given the stance of your truck, it looks pretty close to original.
