Probably some fab work required to get the cab to frame set. Measure 62 cab mount distance across, see if it's close. 5.7 4L60 is a nice set up IMO worth the time, if the frame drive train are in good condition...62 X frame is pretty strong but not as easy to modify when adding new drive components.
