What is this? (Photo)
Found this on the floor of my truck, my mom thinks it may have something to do with welding I don't think so...anyone know?

Because it was on the floor in a bag with welding sticks and welding wire.

I use them on all my Airstream steel rims (tires are standard 7.00x15 bias-ply) and highly recommend using them with tires running 60psi or greater pressure. Some say "overkill", but have never had a failure in 20+ years due to a valve-stem.
