assembly plant "H"?

don't see H listed on any vin decoder for assembly plants... any ideas?

Use some mineral spirits on a rag and be extremely gentle cause to hard will take it all off including the blue.Id verify the vin cause kinda strange that they completely covered it like that

"that" is a hot mess.. But at least they painted the truck in its original color. Looks an original C10 SWB solid 516 paint, standard trim truck.
