Re: Gas filler neck install - quick and dry

Just replaced mine last week, had it in the glove box for a good 6 months or so. Used a razor knife to get the old dried up one out, and after several attempts and some very choice words I finally decided I was using too much lube since it would pop out as fast as I could push it in.

I wiped it down, used minimal lube, and it went in, not easy but got er done.,

And yes buy a good one... I think mine came from GMC Paul's the good one made in U.S.A.
