Exhaust port difference?

I have a 71 C10 that has an LT style vortec 350 in it and I’m looking for a set of chrome-oly headers but unsurprisingly nobody makes headers for that era truck that are LT specific. so my question is will there be any significant issues or power drops using normal headers on LT type heads?

You are talking the "D" port on the LT vs the regular square port right?
