Bed to Frame Mounting
Is it supposed to have the rubber blocks between the bed and frame? I don't think mine had them when I took it apart but its been awhile...

Huh, I've never hear of those before. I guess they'd be a good thing unless the extra height raises the body line of the bed side causing a mismatch to the cab.
