I assume they would work because 60-70 guys use 73-87 1500 4x4 wheels on their disc brake swaps because they will cover a caliper, so the bolt pattern and spacing should be the same.

They'll certainly work, but they are not hub-centric.

Hub-centric means they'll sit on the hub for extra security.
