Nope, I wouldn't need it at all... just a pic to see how it mounts the winch to it, and that'll give me an idea of how it physically mounts, and I'll fabricate something from there.

Shoot me a PM if you have a price in mind.

I was going to go with a Badlands (I've got one I've used on my car trailer for the last several years, have used it a TON, and can't say anything but great things about it)... but I like the idea of the more compact design of the Sidewinder, and I think it'll be easier to operate to free-spool it.
I've got a PTO winch for the front, but if the engine isn't running, the winch is DRT. So an electric winch in the back would be a good back-up.
