I just finished installing an CPP (anti) sway bar. Dealing with the heat and humidity were the worst part of the project. I've owned this truck for 26 year and have to say it's night and day driving it! Took it for a ride I live off a hwy that full of long sweeping curve's and pre install I felt like I was fighting it to stay in the lane now it handles flat and predictable. I read ever post on this sight while waiting on the big brown truck. There are some great post on installs w pics. As it been said it's one of the best bangs for the bucks you can do to your truck. Still waiting on the shocks to come in, ordered a set of Bell tech street performance. Covid -19 has held up delivery. John

Yep, my experience is the same. Install was a snap...no excuse to not just do it. The CPP bar is beefy, but any bar will make a huge difference.

Front or rear? I assume the front. They make booth. I have the front installed, and the rear waiting to be installed.

I have front and rear on mine. I added them at the same time, so it was a huge difference going from no bar to two. The truck stays super flat now and handles so much better.

Can anyone comment on whether they think the rear one is worth it? I already have a front one installed.

Ordered my from Summit Racing. Free shipping i received it in 4-5 days. Installed in about an 1.5 hours. As I said in first post there are some great post concerning installation with pics and some install tips. You won't regret it.

I'm running the same Belltech shocks on my current vehicle and have had them on two prior trucks, very pleased with them, enjoy!

I feel the rear bar is worth it and I would add it again. The install wasn't very difficult either. I have no complaints with it.

Modern trucks have them, so I figured why not. Same with steering dampeners, modern vehicles have them as well, so I made the upgrade and added one.

Same I installed mine a couple months ago. It handles 10x better.
lowered truck here so i removed the spacers and got shorter bolts for the control arm mounts.

front only - get it if you don't have it!

I have a 1 1/4 inch front sway bar from a 1985 GMC 3500 truck on my 1972 C10 and bought the linked Hellwig Rear Sway Bar last year and I'm hoping to get it installed befreo the snow flies again. https://www.hellwigproducts.com/prod...del=C10+Pickup
