You've emailed me in this issue more than once? You've never emailed me on this issue. Maybe copy and paste these emails here so that we can see. And, show me where I've claimed they've been damaged once? You are a very confused person!
Many months ago, I claimed that two moldings were missing from the deal. And... if you read the thread, you did say that you were going to ship me the ones that were missing. Maybe show us the attempt on that promise? This issue could easily be resolved by just squaring up on the deal and sending the two moldings that you promised. Quote:

Neither has bowties11 responded to our request in a reasonable amount of time. And it is clear that this member cannot follow through with an honest business practice. I formerly request that bowties11 is removed from conducting business and trade transactions within your domain.
