Angry I-dot-10-T Bushing Issues

Have to confess, redoing my doors with tracks, glass, rubber, and vent window was way easier. I need help with ordering the correct bushings.

I've got these Energy Suspension Poly bushings. # 3.2126G Tried to press them in, there's just no way. These are three-piece bushings. Two poly ends and a steel shaft.

I bought these from LMC Model # 34-0103 7-1001-BL. GM RR BUSH 1 1/2" 67-87 Various These are too large as well. These are also three-piece bushings. Two poly ends and a steel shaft.

Anyone have the patience to point me to the best way to correct how I'm measuring and how to order the correct bushing for the leaf springs and stock shackle? or does the shackle need to be updated as well?

You can see by the pics that I'm measuring.

Interior 1.1173228"
Length 2.2610236"
