swap blocks for shorter springs?
My '68 c10 swb has -2" springs and 2" blocks in the rear. This configuration allows me to run stock shocks in the stock locations. It seems to handle decent enough and I can still haul my motorcycle.
Is there any advantage in switching to shorter drop springs with no blocks and relocated drop shocks?

Relocating the shocks for better geometry or positioning would be an advantage.

Re: swap blocks for shorter springs?
True
Unfortunately, motorcycles need retrieved sometimes. Moot point anyway. I just ordered shorter springs for my "incredible shrinking truck". I think I'll see what it looks like with a 3.5/6 drop ...WTH is wrong with me?

Re: swap blocks for shorter springs?
Rear bags vs. coils would be a good choice as well. Adjust as needed to keep the ride height consistent loaded or not & provide good ride quality either way.
