I think they're finished when they go to the wrecking yard because they can't be saved!!!

No matter how well done something is there is always something that needs attention. So theit never really done

yep...done! There might be a part in there to help someone else get "finished", but I'm not betting on it!

I draw the finish line at road legal, insured, and plated. With that said, the rest is maintenance and upgrades.

They are finished when safely and legally driveable and insure but are never completely " Done" as there will always be one or two enhancements you will want to do. For example after you have " finished " the truck and have been driving it for 3/4/5 years you may decide to replace your 3 speed automatic transmission with a 4 speed overdrive transmission.
