They are finished when safely and legally driveable and insure but are never completely " Done" as there will always be one or two enhancements you will want to do. For example after you have " finished " the truck and have been driving it for 3/4/5 years you may decide to replace your 3 speed automatic transmission with a 4 speed overdrive transmission.

When I have two sets of wheels & tires for it. I'm set up for Rally's, but one more hub cap I can swap when it suits.
