I believe a have a set of 12 bolt backing plates with everything still attached, I look tomorrow.

Those are exactly what I need, except I ordered 2 of the Dorman 21149, haven't tried them yet. But, they look like they will work.

I'm working on a 1968 1/2 ton, but the rear end housing I'm using is 1972 1/2 ton. Shouldn't matter. It's the small brakes 11x2

Not positive those are the ones.

Here's another picture:

15594177 and 15594178 are the part numbers I can come up with.
